Critical Correction: Understanding the Dietician Revised Result

Candidates who appeared for the Dietician (Class-3) recruitment under advertisement number 371/2025-26 must take note of a critical administrative correction. The board has formally announced that the previously published final selection list dated 15 September 2026 stands completely cancelled. This initial list has been declared null and void due to administrative adjustments and has been replaced by the revised final result released on 22 September 2026.

The revised selection list corrects earlier discrepancies in category-wise allocation, ensuring that the final appointments align perfectly with the state reservation policies and individual merit scores. All qualified candidates must download the revised PDF copy to confirm their updated rank and placement status.

Assistant Librarian Selection Process and Sports Grace Marks

The final merit results for the post of Assistant Librarian, Class-3 under advertisement number 354/2025-26 have also been finalized. Selection for this cadre was determined through a rigorous Computer Based Recruitment Test (CBRT) formatted as a Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) examination. The board consolidated the final scorecards by factoring in category-specific cutoff marks and vacancy distributions across open and reserved quotas.

A notable feature of the Assistant Librarian final merit formulation is the inclusion of sports grace marks. Candidates possessing verified national or state-level sports certificates received additional weightage in their final evaluation, which has been integrated directly into the compiled merit and waiting lists. The finalized lists also feature a comprehensive waiting list, offering potential placement opportunities if selected candidates decline their appointments.

Remuneration and Service Benefits

Selected candidates appointed to these Class-3 positions will receive competitive government salary packages under the prevailing state pay matrices. The pay structure ensures long-term financial stability and professional growth within the respective Gujarat government departments.

• Pay Matrix Level: Level 4
• Minimum Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000 per month
• Maximum Pay Scale: Rs. 80,000 per month
• Additional Benefits: Government-mandated allowances, medical insurance benefits, and post-probation security increments as per state civil service guidelines.
