Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualifications

• Full-time Teacher: Rs. 25,410 per month
• Care Taker: Rs. 24,200 per month
• PGT & Computer Science Teacher: Rs. 22,000 per month
• Part-time Teacher: Rs. 12,790 per month
• Office Superintendent / Clerk: Rs. 12,430 per month
• Lab Assistant & Peon / Chowkidar: Rs. 7,147 per month

Selection Process & Evaluation Criteria

The recruitment process does not involve any written competitive examination. Instead, selections are made entirely on the basis of academic merit and practical skill assessments:

• Merit-Based Shortlisting: Academic scores are evaluated using a structured weightage system: 10% for High School, 10% for Intermediate, 20% for Graduation, 20% for Postgraduation, and 30% for Training/B.Ed qualifications.
• Typing Test: Candidates applying for the Office Superintendent/Clerk post must also successfully pass a computer typing test in Hindi and English conducted at the NIC center.
• Document Verification: Final engagement is subject to thorough verification of original certificates, marksheets, and experience documents with the respective issuing board or institution.
