- Self-verification: Log in to your candidate account and meticulously verify all your submitted personal details, category, qualifying marks, and any reservation claims.

- Reporting to the Allotted Institute: Report to the provisionally allotted institute with all necessary original documents for final admission confirmation and the payment of the remaining institute fees. Candidates should confirm if physical reporting is mandatory or if online instructions are provided.
- Grievance Submission: In case of any discrepancy found between your submitted information and the displayed allotment, candidates must raise a grievance through the online portal within the specified window (typically 2-3 days from allotment).
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Ensure that the self-verification and seat acceptance fee payment are completed well within the stipulated deadline. The CET Cell strictly states that late submissions will lead to seat cancellation.
- Keep your login credentials (Application ID and Password) secure and readily available, as the portal experiences high traffic closer to deadlines.
- Avoid waiting until the very last day to make fee payments, as payment gateway delays can result in missed deadlines.
- Thoroughly cross-check the institute, course, and category mentioned on your allotment letter. Report any errors immediately through the grievance mechanism.
- Since Round 4 is the final centralised admission round, candidates who wish to explore other colleges after this will need to do so through the Institute Level round, not through the CAP.
